Don’t be a ‘1 minute man’. Suffering from premature ejaculation or simply just one of those guys who is quick to be satisfied, quick to finish? Worry no more. There are penile exercises you can do to help improve your penile control.
You’ll come across many different exercises, however, they all basically do the same thing. They all aim to help strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle which helps control your ejaculation.
So what’s the simplest method? It’s the ‘jump’ method. So how do you do it?
The Penile Exercise:
Tense your penis until it ‘jumps’ and try to hold it for 1 second. Do this about 20-30 times a day. That’s it! The Pubococcygeal muscle is simply that, a muscle. You strengthen it as you would any other muscle. My flexing and contracting the muscles. Continue to do this every day and you’ll undoubly notice a difference in time.
Give it a try. Keep it up and no one will ever call you a “1 minute man” again!

It always suprises me how many guys think lasting long means pounding your girl for an hour nonestop. That’s just crazy guys. No one can go on that long straight. Unless you’re a superhero with mutant stamina there’s no way you can pound away none stop. The secret? It’s what I like to call ‘The start-n-stop’ method.
The name basically says it all. To last longer you need to be able to control yourself and your ejaculations. Slow down before you reach your climax, even stopping if necessary. Then slowly start up again. Keep this up and you can last for quite a long time. Your girl will love you for it. The teasing, the longer lasting sex. You’ll soon become her real superhero in bed.
If you really need to stop and can’t continue for a couple of minutes, remember there is a lot more you can do during sex then just intercourse. Keep this in mind and you can fill in the slow down/stopping periods with continual sensations for your girl. She won’t even notice. All she will know is that you’re giving her continuos pleasure.

That’s right, you heard me. The next time you have the urge to pee in the shower, don’t! Why? It will train you. Stopping yourself from the urge of peeing uses many of the same muscles in your penis to stop an ejaculation. By not peeing you’re actually strengthening your mind power and your penile power. Mind over body right? You’re focusing on not peeing when the urge is there and when you’re so free to do so in the shower. By holding in your urge to pee you’re also using, focusing and strengthening your penis against the urge.
I know it sounds like a small thing, but it’s a great start. Awareness, focus and strength in both mind and body(in this case your penis) can make a huge difference of whether you can last longer or not.
Next time you’re in the shower and feel the urge to pee - don’t. You’ll find it gets easier after each time as you become more aware of how to control your penile muscles.
