Tense your penis until it ‘jumps’ and try to hold it for 1 second. Do this about 20-30 times a day. That’s it! The Pubococcygeal muscle is simply that, a muscle. You strengthen it as you would any other muscle. My flexing and contracting the muscles. Continue to do this every day and you’ll undoubly notice a difference in time.
